I wouldn't want to tow my M-15 with your vehicle, I think you will find it a bit lightweight and anemic. Will you be towing in a hilly area? Remember to get over to the right side so the cars behind you can use the passing lane to get around you. I do not know about the laws in your state, but I do know in the PNW states if you impede 5 or more vehicles behind you, it can result in a ticket. Tony, Dodge Caravans have notoriously weak transmissions. A new transmission is about $3,500. I would think twice about towing great distances or in hilly areas. If you ar just running across town it's probably fine. You have enough weight for safe stopping but that weight combined with the weight of the boat and trailer is a lot to ask of a 2.4L engine on a long drive.
