Hi Ran... How heavy is the B&S outboard ?? FWIW, I didn't know that they made outboards. The former owner of my M-17 had an Evinrude 8hp on it for sailing in the Gulf of Mexico. A tad heavy for my tastes, so I usually sail with a 3hp Seagull, soon to be replaced with a 5hp Seagull with F-N-R. Can you get the specs on the Briggs O/B and compare to the Honda ??
