Randy, I found some bags made out of a coated net material with suction cups that hold quite well on the cockpit backrest. I stick my GPS in there. See WEST catalog page 377 "Sticky Pockets" under Storage Solutions. I used the teak binocular holder - WEST item No. 126294 (4 drink/binocular holder) page 373. I cut it so that it was narrower on the bottom than at the top in order to give the main sheet a bit of clearance.
