George, The Fall 1998 edition of the Montgomery Owner's Newsletter has an article called "Traveler Control for the M-15". It's a system the author calls "pinching". I'm going to try it and maybe you'd like to check it out too. (My boat, which is pretty much stock, has no blocks on the aft end of the toerail. Might it be those blocks are for spinnaker sheet and guy?)
