Henry et al, Below are pics of trailer extension parts, all from Harbor Freight. The step down receiver is the black thing mounted upside down under the tongue. It accepts 2”square tube. The tubing is aluminum. Thick walled is best. The ball receiver is bolted. I used a 3” for a 2” ball. Washers as spacers inside to adapt to 2” tubing. The Fulton jack is converted to double wheels, pneumatic tires,300 lb rated. The jack needs a 1 1/2 metal spacer mount for trailer frame clampto allow jack to fold up. I’m in ,Oregon our ramps are 8% slope. A 14’ extension gives 30” depth with rear wheels and undercarriage of my Odyssey kept dry . Ed
Note, the mounting of the extension receiver Did require removal of the skid plate. 5 minutes work with a cutting disk on a 4 1/2” grinder. Sent from my iPhone

Thanks for the pictures, Ed. Your extension is similar to mine except that yours is mounted under the trailer and mine is mounted on top. I do like the idea of using a regular hitch receiver instead of a 2' long steel sleeve. Henry On Thu, Jan 16, 2020 at 11:22 AM Edward Epifani <edepifani@hotmail.com> wrote:
