Hi Bud and the rest of the list, First order of business, MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone! The San Juan / Gulf Islands rendezvous is still in the early planning stages, but there are already 16 boaters on the trip e-mail list. Dates have not been set yet, but should be soon after the first of the year. We will probably be going in early June again to beat the summer crowds. That worked well last year and it was very enjoyable to be able to all dock together and socialize in the evenings. The only thing bad about last years trip was that it got over too soon, so this time we're looking at making it a two week trip. You won't have to commit to both weeks however. I'll try to set our route and schedule so that people can come for just one week or both. We'll hit the San Juans first, returning to some favorites from last year and checking out some new areas, and then we'll cross over into the Canadian Gulf Islands for about a week before returning to Anacortes. If you're interested in going, send me your e-mail address and I'll add you to the list. Bud, you asked if this is the 2005 rendezvous. There are several Monty gatherings each year across the country, all more or less informal, so I don't know if any could claim to be THE rendezvous, but this will probably be the biggest of the year in the northwest. Hi Larry, If you would , please give me the info on the San Juan trip. I'd love to go if I can make. Is this trip going to be the 2005 rendezvous? I also plan on attending that. Thanks for your help. Bud M15 # 500

Sorry Larry, I haven't been following this thread of messages until now. Is this a hybrid group of Monties and Potters? Just curious. thanks, Bob Olson (between boats) On Thursday, December 16, 2004, at 09:10 PM, Larry E Yake wrote:

I does seem that Potter People and Montgomery people hang out together. I went to a Potter convention a year or two ago in South Puget sound and there were a few Montgomerys in the field of Potters. They really do have a lot in common. I have a Montgomery 17 with a green hull, a 1978 I believe. I'm Planning on joining in on any rondevous that I can find this year. Craig
And a Merry Holiday Season to you, Larry, and to all the people on the Monty list. --Gary Hyde N24 'Sailabration' M15 #235 'Vanilla' On Dec 16, 2004, at 9:10 PM, Larry E Yake wrote:
