A sweet temptation, however, the wife says NO MORE YARD ART! (I think she lacks vision when it comes to boats). Alas another opportunity slips by. Ian

I looked at this M10, (when it was priced @ $1200). It appears to be complete but in need of a restoration. I noticed the price drop too - not so sure a project is the best thing right now... Congratulations Bill, I think that price seems very reasonable. I have an M-10 waiting for me in WI for pick up this spring. Paid a bit more but it had been professionally refinished. I am looking forward to seeing how she sails and rows. I replaced a cape dory 10 which was a beautiful boat and built like a tank. Also weighed as much as a tank and I wanted something I could more easily handle. I feel fortunate to get one of these boats and hope you do too. Replacing the running rigging on such a small boat should be a trivial task and cost. Enjoy! Robbin Bill Kaiser wrote:

Robbin did you catch my reply about the the rudder. Also did you catch Jerry's comments about getting this boat up on a plane Bill Phoenix AZ On Sat, Apr 11, 2009 at 7:25 AM, robbin roddewig < robbin.roddewig@verizon.net> wrote:
