Hi Fran, There will be a next time... As this batch is going fast. I've found I can do about two at a sitting and the sittings seem to be morning, noon and night. I fished King Crab out of Dutch Harbor, Unalaska Island in the early 70's. We spent a couple of months on the Bearing Sea side of the Allutians and then fished Snow Crab for about a month on the Pacific side of the Islands. I ate crab at least 7 days a week and after that had no desire to see another crab. I really didn't think I'd like it again as much as I do. Last night I made a great dish out of fresh rock cod fillets cooked in olive oil, fresh tomatoes, prawns, crab, lots of garlic, oregano, other seasonings and served the one pot creation over rice. All of that with friends and a couple of bottles of '02 Robert Mondavi Merlot and fresh Italian bread. What a feast! Bill
