I wish I could race my Lil' Flushdeck, but here in my local waters (Santa monica bay) they disallow anything under 20 ft for PHRF races. But it's nice to know what my rating would be if ever I were allowed into a race. I've heard of Portsmouth ratings but in all my years of racing I never seen them used, at least not around here. Here in Havasu, when we were racing #313 they were handicapping us at 300. The better it blows the bigger advantage we seemed to enjoy!
