One final note for those who will use a nut and bolt for a pivot pin. Stainless fasteners are notorious for seizing up and not coming apart. I would suggest coating the threads with anti-seize compound, from an auto parts or hardware store. Use a lock washer to prevent inadvertent loosening. I do not know why SS locks up...
