Thank you for taking care of us Keith. Some one earlier noted the GNU link from the web site. The first time I used grep I thought it was the greatest development of my life time. I mean, after puberty. I bet what the Egyptians built after the pyramids was a lot easier to use. I realized today that TV was better in black and white. And a big game is better on the radio. For my favorite team, a game started like this: "Toe meets leather". They are only three words. What more needs to be said? Your radio voice probably said something like that which you will never forget. No matter how long it has been since the voice went silent. Even with the yellow line TV comes up short. I watch TV games with the sound off. My wife asks how I know what is going on. I ask why the announcers do not know what is going on. Do they have to read so much that they can not look at the field? Do you think camera operators know that fans like to see what the receivers are doing BEFORE the ball is snapped? I know what the quarterback looks like. What about the formation? Remember when coaches said they got out coached, instead of blaming the players? Music still sounds better to me when it is performed by people who know how to play it and sing it. Even if they are fully dressed. Suggestion: take lessons first, then think about getting undressed . Think about it a lot. I remember when the Christmas season started tomorrow, not weeks ago. Santa rode a fire truck and a lot of kids had Christmas because of firemen and police officers. I remember when a Christmas tree was a tree and every one looked different. I am not completely opposed to change. I can accept fiberglass. I love wood but I can reluctantly live without it. I can not accept a jet ski. Maybe those are some of the reasons that I like my little Montgomery sailboat and you sailboat people. Happy Thanksgiving. Steve R. Lexington, KY M-15 #119 stever@mail.saabnet.com
