Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct way to post a new thread but I'm going for it anyway. My wife and I just purchased a 1984 M15 from a really nice family north of Sacramento. We made a long drive (w/ our 2yr old) up from Oceanside to pick it up last week. We found the boat to be in amazing condition. It was spent it's whole life in fresh water and didn't have a sign of any corrosion anywhere...quite amazing. Everything was in great working condition. Jerry built these boats well. Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself as I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions in the future. I've taken her out once and had a great time but have a few little projects I'd like to do to her in the near future. Jared
Congrat, Jared. You and yours will enjoy M15 a lot. I am a member of Captain Howie's SoCal Potter group for monthly sailing events. You might want to chech us out at: http://www.howies.net/socalpotter/ Our next sailing event will be at Oceanside on 4/25/09; as Captain Howie indicated: all trailer boats are welcome. Hope to see you there. Warm regards, Fuh-Shing Pan, M15 #120 "Panasea"
