Quick note to wish you all a Merry Christmas. Jo and I will be pulling Dauntless out of the water in the next week or so to get her ready to trailer down to Phoenix for the Arizona Yacht Club's Birthday Regatta. Still time to sign up , come on down and join us for some winter time sailing. We will be hooking up with Gary Oberbeck to see his M17 float for the first time in a long time!!!! Looking forward to that! And...I've heard rumors that the guy that started this whole Montgomery thing we so enjoy...Jerry Montgomery himself....will be attending! So...c'mon...........hook that ol' Monty up to the back of the truck/car/whatever and bring her on down to join us for a few days. Don't be put-off by the "race" thing. Jo and I aren't huge "racers" either, but we'll just go out, have fun, and hang with the rest of the Monty crowd. Most crews pull the boats out in the evenings and congregate in a parking area overlooking the lake. That's what we intend to do so we can shoot the breeze with everyone.
