Hello All: I'm getting my '81 Monty 15 ready for sailing and want to make a mast carrier that mounts to the rudder gudgeons. I measured the pintles on my rudder and the pins are 1/2" in diameter and about 1 3/4" long. I don't want to replace currently installed pintles or gudgeons if I can help it to get a matching set of pintles and gudgeons. Does anyone know where I can find these pintles or something close that will work? Looked on the internet but choices I found were very limited. Maybe I am just looking at the wrong websites. Best Regards, Mike Hall M15 #167 "Dreki" Tustin, CA
There are several sources but you might try: http://www.duckworksbbs.com/hardware/p-g/index.htm Thanks Doug Kelch M15 G #310 "Seas the Day" On Tue, Feb 21, 2012 at 8:05 PM, Beowulf <beowulf2@cox.net> wrote:

You could also contact Bob Eng: he sold me a great rear mast support with two positions out of stainless that works fine and matches up to the gudgeons on my '87 Monty 15. Bill Hinkel '87 Montgomery 15 "Prelude" ---- Beowulf <beowulf2@cox.net> wrote:
