Hi folks, I have an early vintage M17 #32 which has a non lifting rudder with only two gudgeons. I want to convert to an original lifting rudder set up. I am wondering if anyone has made a conversion to something new and has any rudder parts they might want to let go of. I'm on a pension and to buy and set up a new rig is beyond my budget. But, getting a used gudgeon would help me through on this ......thanks, Bruce

I might have a gudgeon, but I'm pretty sure I don't have the tubular pintles, nor the rod. jerry ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bruce Ward" <northwave@telus.net> To: <montgomery_boats@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Sunday, April 28, 2013 12:31 PM Subject: M_Boats: any spare rudder gudgeons out there? Hi Bruce, I have a 3-pintle lifting rudder, rod, and tiller that came with my M17, but I've never used it, since the original owner had switched to an IdaSailor kickup rudder, and I've recently switched again to a Ruddercraft Unifoil. Contact me off list at jdavies104@gmail.com if you're interested. Rick M17 #633 Lynne L On Sunday, April 28, 2013, jerry montgomery wrote:
