I recommend putting a Windline four step ladder on the stern. ?You can buy it directly from Windline. ?See Bob Becker's article as one way to install it. ?I did something similiar??pulling a Starboard backing plate after with two thin lines. ?I pulled them through the top two holes and was able to line it up so that I could bolt it. ?
