1976 M17 Craigslist
Hi All, Just saw this post in Chicago area for a M17 for sale. Becky http://chicago.craigslist.org/nwc/boa/4483154601.html
Price is right. I have my M15 because it fits in one of my 20' garage bays, or I might go look at it as I am close by in Indiana. If her hull number is number 9 she is one of the first. A piece of m-boat history. That motor is like way too much... You don't pull skiers with a Montgomery. A 4 or 5 horsepower is just fine for an M17. One could sell the old motor, and bank the money towards a properly sized outboard. :: Dave Scobie :: M17 #375 SWEET PEA :: Former M15 owner On May 24, 2014 6:24 AM, "George R. A 1976 model couldn't be hull #9. On Sat, May 24, 2014 at 9:13 AM, Dave Scobie <scoobscobie@gmail.com> wrote:
