Hi Larry, You must be going to look at Vanilla. Nice boat! Either it's one of the fastest M15's out there, or Gary Hyde just sailed it real well. Welcome back to the group. We'll be doing a Montgomery cruise over in your neck of the woods this summer, launching June 10th in Anacortes for a 2 week cruise of the San Juan and Gulf Islands. You're welcome to join if you can fit it in. Vanilla knows her way all around those islands. <grin> Larry Yake On Tue, 14 Mar 2006 16:21:13 -0800 (PST) larry boone <larrysail64@yahoo.com> writes:
Hello,
My name is Larry. I started sailing 20 years ago in Idaho with a brand new Montgomery 15. Loved that boat and my fondest memories are still M-15. Moved up to larger boats (40 foot) and had some great times. For whatever reasons I needed to move up and experience big boat. I learned, however, that the fun was in the "sailing". The larger the boat the more time I've spent doing maintenance and the less time sailing. I'm going back where I started; I'll be stopping in Pullman soon to look at a M-15. It doesn't get better than Montgomery.
