GO Thanks for the advise. That is pain full but good advise about removing all of the steel. It just isn't that easy. An air chisel works OK on the rusted metal but is tough on the metal/epoxy with no rust. I am thinking of trying a hole saw and "Swiss-cheese" the remaining metal.I I really appreciate the good advise.
