In fact, the bubble soap right from the bottle would do just fine. Make alignment marks with pencil ahead of time and make sure the marks wont be covered later, with the decal. Paint a good slather of the liquid on the truck (boat) and peel and place the decal. The slippery soap will allow the decal to be moved for a small amount of time so as to center or align. The last step is easy with the Toyota Decal. They supply a flexible plastic squeegee so the soapy water can be squeegeed out from under the properly placed decal. Probably use a soft plastic, pastry spatula for the squeegee, or something like that. Pretty slick huh?
