I installed a stainless Bridge deck aft of the companionway and mounted the traveller there. It is directly above the original mounting location. The idea was to create a seat at the cabin opening as my boat has the early kitchenette interior and only has one inside seat. An advantage to the main sheet in this location is that the main sheet is quite short, especially in comparison to boom end sheeting. It also creates a space to house the all important "utility" buckets. They stow there securely and don't spill. Jon Barber Monty17 Ol'44
