If you have something like a Woodworkers Source, they'd have teak lumber and be willing to cut and plane it for you. That would be the expensive approach, if you really want it and can't find anything else. I was just in the middle of making a set out of birch plywood when I changed course and switched to HDPE plastic. Stained and coated with Epifanes, the plywood does not look bad.
