Rick, The Hess Fest is open to all of Lyle's designs. I believe this is the 2nd one held on the Chesapeake Bay. It is being put together by Bernie and Kate of Rogur Wave Yachts, a brokerage firm located in the Annapolis area. They are BCC owners and there should be BCC's, NorSea 27's, hopefully a Falmouth Cutter and a bunch of Montgomery's including the 15/17 and 23.
