Last night I made a great dish out of fresh rock cod fillets cooked in olive oil, fresh tomatoes, prawns, crab, lots of garlic, oregano, other seasonings and served the one pot creation over rice. All of that with friends and a couple of bottles of '02 Robert Mondavi Merlot and fresh Italian bread. What a feast!

Hey, Bill, are you, um....., by any chance planning on cooking (oops, I meant "coming") on the San Juan cruise this year? ;-)
