Hello Monty Fans, Does anyone live in Eugene OR and willing to lend a hand to another Monty enthusiast?   I have been searching for an M-6.8 with the sailing package for several years with no luck.  Unfortunately, I live on the east coast and I've limited by search to something drivable.  Well, I feel I have to widen my search if I'm ever going to find something.   I have located a basic M-6.8 in CA.  The current owner is a Monty fan and is willing to work with me to ship the boat east.  In the meantime, I've been on the hunt for a Sabot, which I can use as a 'donor' for the sailing package.  Well, I've found the boat I need, but It's in Eugene, Oregon.  The owner is trying to get rid of the boat quickly but is only wiling to deal with a local sale.  So, I was wondering if anyone out there lived near by and was willing to help me by proxy.  Of course, I'd pay expenses + something for your time and trouble.   If anyone is willing to help, please send your response to 'wcampion@aol.com' and we can work something out.
