Giles, PELICAN's trailer needs a serious going over and I was considering sanding and painting. Haven't gotten into the details yet, but it sounds like a fair amount of work ( besides doing something with the boat in order to get to the trailer.) I'm curious about the "powder coating" that you mentioned. How long have you had it and how durable is it? Is it a process you did yourself or was it something that you had to take in to a shop?
