Hello Montgomery sailors, Thought I would inform all of you on this list first.  Hesitatingly, I am going to list my 1982 M23 Clarity for sale.  Shasta and I have recently moved aboard our "new to us" Ericson 36c and cannot justify keeping 2 boats as we complete grad school.  We have so enjoyed sailing Clarity over the years - including the San Juan and Gulf Island trip last year as one of the six 23's to participate in the cruise. In the 10 years or so I have owned Clarity, she has received: - centerboard removed, sandblasted, barrier coated, and re-pinned - new standing rigging -  new HD motor mount -   a new (2003 model) Honda 8hp 4 stroke  -  newly insulated hull and wood lining in cabin - 2 new 12v deep cycle batteries -  new 160 Genoa The cabin was not factory finished as the boat was used for racing.  I have been slowly doing the woodwork and most of the hard stuff is done.  Still time to finish it the way you like.  Not going to list all the extras here, but anyone interested can contact me off-list at northwave20@yahoo.com or at 509-675-2980.  Price is $18,500 and the boat is in Bellingham WA Jeff M-23 Clarity
