Try Simple Green and if that fails Tilex mold and mildew remover. When I spray that on, anything black just melts off. A light scrub, a rinse and after that, you need sunglasses. It gets really white. Sam's Club sells a bathroom tub and tile cleaner that may be generic Tilex at about 1/3 the price.
