Hi Joe, Welcome to a group of really nice folks, and they have some really nice boats too. Come to think of it, I think you have one of the nicer ones. I looked at that listing and did a bit of drooling, but I have been trying to stay immune to two-footitis. We printed off the list of amenities so that we would have some ideas and goals for our "PELICAN" an M-15 that we bought last summer from Chuck Wilson in Portland. In your introduction, you mentioned Flathead. On your way by, stop and sail with us on the mid-Columbia, or join "us" in a hoped for Northwest rendezvous whenever that happens. Haven't seen much about it lately, but maybe that has to do with that it is still raging winter out there (at least here in Utah) yet. Glad to have you aboard, Harvey and Deena M-15 #348 Pelican Walla Walla, WA
Harvey & Deena, I think you were welcoming someone else who must live in the great midwest or northwest near Flathead Lake. I live in the California Sierra Nevadas near Yosemite and have been a part of the M-list for a number of years. But thanks for the welcome and the invite anyway... I just may come cruising on the Columbia some day. Better yet, Waldo Lake sounds like a great place to sail. I almost made it to Waldo last fall. We spent a couple of weeks fishing Diamond Lake, East Lake and Lava Lakes but the weather got nasty before we got to Waldo. Maybe next time... Joe Kidd M15 #207 "Poco A Poco"
Joe, Bring your M15 and a canoe. We'll hit Waldo and Hosmer. Steve ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joe Kidd" <jk@yosemite.net> To: <montgomery_boats@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Thursday, March 14, 2002 9:59 PM Subject: Re: M_Boats: Welcome Joe
