Mark, Sorry about all the tribulations on your trailer work - I find my outboard to be the most time consuming personally. I usually know what it is in need of repair - it just takes 2.3 hours to clean the carb and 'build" the motor cover back onto the powerhead. (something like 24 fasteners!) Trailers can be a pain - BUT at least you can go fishing right out the back door when you aren't sailing ! :>) Hope your epoxy kicks for your track - Take Care, Have Fun, You will be sailing soon.
