From reaching the parking lot to sailing away, same for retrieving: usually 20 minutes if I'm alone, 30 or more if I have help. (Why the difference? "Help" has been known to drop cotter pins, leave the lights on in the truck when he parked it so the battery is dead when I get back, let go of the bow shroud unexpectedly so that the mast fell narrowly missing my head and ripping the mast step out of the deck, use brute force to try to turn the winch when the boat isn't really centered on the trailer, and leave bags of food and dirty diapers in my cabin.) That assumes a good ramp, steep enough that I can back the trailer in and easily float the boat off, and with a dock to tie the boat to or someone to hold it while I park the car. Any hassles actually getting the boat off the trailer will add to the time (and I often do not have a good ramp.) Bobbie
