Hey Doug, I'm ready to do it again. That was a great cruise and after looking at the pictures again, I'm primed for another trip there. I think Rockland was a fine launch site. I'm not sure I understand the reference to going up the Hudson River, but that would certainly be the long way to get to the Maine coast. So let's do a couple of weeks around Penobscot Bay next year and then head west to the North Channel to wash the salt off our boats. Or there's always Lake Champlain, which is on the way home for many of us. Frank Durant and I just spent a very nice week on that lake and we very much want to return there. Rick, I'll second your motion for another PenBay Cruise! I really enjoyed the foreshortened version that I did, and will likely be up for it again next year. Yes, Sea Smoke still resides in Rockland, although this year I elected not to launch her.
