Hmmm.... Well, whatever, every two years is the plan. I thought "Bi" meant two, so bi-annual would mean twice a year. But, I guess the bi-centennial was 200 years, so it makes sense that bi-annual would be 2 years. Now if anybody is up for a San Juan cruise in December... um, have a good time!
