Has anyone else noticed the number of downright spectacular photos posted on Bill's MSOG Photosite that are taken by Todd Mills? I just looked at the newly posted pics of the Maine trip. Obviously we know that Todd puts his Montgomery to better use than just about anyone on this list, but it appears that he also knows his way around a camera pretty well. Beautiful shot's Todd. Bill was right about the photo quality and volume. Tod took more than 500 pictures. My Nikon 4800 used up two batteries that were fully charged at the beginning of the trip and only took 150 pics. Can't compete at that rate. Maybe Tod will share with us how he can keep his batteries recharged on a two week trip with no Marina's? But then I also have 2 hrs of video from the trip if anyone is interested. Drop me a note off list - $3 for shipping and handling. Thanks, Sean, but Bill and Doug are right. If any of my pictures are halfways decent, it's because I had extra memory card space to blow. Doug was just being nice when he said I "took more than 500 pictures". I actually took 668 of them! Even a blind squirrel....*grin* I must say, everyone on the trip took a good number of really fine shots and Rick really got some great ones of Busca (thanks, Rick!!)
