A bit of help, please, from you gelcoat/fiberglass experts out there. I have an M17, hull # 619, that I bought new. It was built in the winter of 2003. I have sailed it hard for three seasons. For each of those three years the boat has spent three to four months on a mooring in fresh water. This year when I pulled the boat for the season and scrubbed it down I discovered large areas of the hull below the waterline are covered with hundreds of small blisters.
