I just completed an install of a folding transom ladder for my M-15. Ladder came from West Marine but then I added two backing plates one on each side of the transom and attached the ladder onto the backing plate which was through bolted to the other plate on the inside of the transom. If anyone wants photos or discussion on how to do this, I would be happy to provide. Email me at this address, doug9326@gmail.com <mailto:doug9326@gmail.com>. I tried my 220lbs on the ladder several times last night on a nearby lake. The ladder had no problems nor did I. Success!!

Doug. Photos can be attached (not inline, attached). Just make them about 200KB or so in size. I can't remember how many attachments are allowed so I'd only do two at a time. You can also post your project on the MSOGphotosite.com :: Dave Scobie :: M17 #375 SWEET PEA - m17-375.com :: M6'8" #650 :: SV SWALLOW - sv-swallow.com From: doug <doug9326@gmail.com>
