Hey Robbin, I rebuilt the brake system on my M23 trailer.There is a supply house here in Mpls that sells the entire backing plate, brake shoes, wheel cylinders, springs, etc. all loaded as an assembly. It bolts right up to the axle. They also have the complete brake line kit. All very reasonable.I had a new Attwood master cylinder coupler welded on the nose of the frame, along with replacement of all the questionable frame members rotted from salt water.The supplier is Pioneer Wheel and Rim. They have all the parts you need.I put a brake line kit on Theo's trailer as well. Simple to do.
