Sean, So is that thing around your neck in your sailing pix a GPS? Or a hockey puck? I agree with the compass/GPS points made in Seans post, I use both but I will always remember an instructor telling me to "ALWAYS trust your compass" (seems they have the technology worked out on those compass things).
