Re: M_Boats: M17 Whisker / gin pole suggestions
Thanks Howard, For some raising their mast in the way you suggest works fine. For me with my torn rotators and horrendous wait for medical services in the north of BC, I use a gin pole approach to lessen any further injury. I have used a wooden gin pole in previous seasons but want to add the whisker pole so that it will do double duty and furthering the utility of what is on board. I'll check on the medium pole offerings on the net and look to either purchase one or buy the components and build to siut my situation.
What length Whisker poles are you all recommending??
