Very useful info, thanks. Yes, I had heard about the Potter Yachters. When I was researching what boat I wanted to get, at first I thought I wanted a P19. Then realized I would have garage storage issues. Then looked at P15 and decided I wanted more built-in ballast and secondary stability than it offers. Further poking around the sailing web sites led me to the m_boats.

I've seen some of the Potter Yachters' outing photos and they look like a fun group. I will check out there schedule as well as the Richmond inner harbor
