Dear Ludicrous Monitor, 18 minute guy here, thanks so much for your valuable contribution. You have really straighten me out. I'd be interested to hear your comments about the folks who chimed in that they rig their boats 15 minutes. If I ever get to 15 minutes I'm going to use the extra time for my 'NEW HOBBY' of trying to chug as many beers as I can in 3 minutes. As far as sailing at the speed of walking, I can only say, "I can't walk on water.". Perhaps you can enlighten us on your experiences in the realm of walking on water. Rick Langer M15/337 Bluebird

Hi all, I was interested in the times posted re: setting up your M15. I haven't really timed myself . When does the timing start? From the moment you park in the lot at the launch ramp?
The only thing more ludicrous than this question is the guy who actually replied 18 minutes was his best time to date. If you're concerned about when to start the stopwatch YOU MIGHT NEED A NEW HOBBY! You're going SAILING for gosh sakes...on a really good day you can make the boat travel at the same speed as WALKING. Is there some kind of race to see who can get on the water first to start relaxing?
