I can get to Bob's sites with Internet Explorer, but not with AOL.  I've done a recovery, deleted and replaced their software and then went to a  different version I happened to have and still wont work. Bill, I use AOL on a Macintosh with System 10 and had no trouble accessing the norstar and montgomery web sites. Hope that is of some help. John Roland M-15 WOKINI
