Thanks for the info. On Sun, Jun 24, 2018, 5:43 PM David Grah, <d_b_grah@yahoo.com> wrote:
As I remember the ramp was a good paved ramp with adequate set up area. I don't remember if there was a dock or not though Google Earth seems to show one.

Thanks David Grah, just wanted to make sure that the ramp is decent. I have never launched my boat before and it doesn't have the tongue extension so just wanted some reassurance that after that drive I wouldn't have any issues with getting the boat in the water. Sounds like its all good.

I made that video and it seems like others covered most of the details pretty well. My brother, with the Montgomery 17 and who isn't active on the list, goes to Ross Lake fairly often. It is an excellent destination though a fairly long dusty road in. Going in through Canada was fairly straightforward as I remember, though I was headed further north for a few weeks.

Has anybody sailed on Ross Lake in the North Cascades National Park in Washington State? I have been eyeing it up for a few years and hoping to bring my Montgomery there. There is a launch ramp at the northern end of the lake in BC. Was wondering the condition of the ramp etc.
Been camping at Diablo Lake which is the next lake down below the dam of Ross and is a gorgeous lake with glacial blue water.
