I know there are some sailors here from the northeast.  Any interest in meeting this summer in the fingerlakes?  Canandaigua Lake has a nice state park with ramps on the north end with a nice hotel right next door.  Keuka Lake has a nice state park with ramps and camping sites.  Winter does eventually end in upstate NY.
