As a new owner of a M-17, can anyone give me the scoop on how the rudder lift(?) line is supposed to work? I have a rudder with a hole in it, a line through it attatched to a cleat. I cannot make the rudder move up or down with the line slack. I am assuming it is supposed to be able to, given the line and cleat mechanism! Any help would be appreciated.
