Hi, I have a M-15 and am sure it would do fine in good weather. In the past I did an overnighter in a Victory (a 21 foot open keel boat). We motered much of the way over because of very lijht winds. The next day we sailed back to Newport at hull speed...a delightful return. Let's see what others have to say... That is something I have always wanted to do. This might be the year, 'cause I am not getting any younger. The potters seem to do this every year and welcome others to join them, which might be an option. Bob M15 #208
