Hey Mike, I'm no expert but I don't think that there is any way to convert CF/S to a speed in mph or knots as that would be totally dependant on the depth and width of the body of water you are talking about. A narrow river would be running much faster than a wider one in order to carry the same amount of water in the same period of time. At least...I think?
