It is my understanding from talking with a former Hake dealer that the Fox did go back to an aluminum mast. The carbon fiber was very expensive and hardware tended to pull out of it, both screws and rivets. Their current literature shows only a sloop rig for the Fox. They also had a catboat version of their 23 some time ago. Don't know whether it had the carbon or aluminum mast.
