A few days ago I read it's against the law to dispose of plastic bags filled with potty waste in public trash cans...that was in the Florida Keys. In Marathon (Fl Keys) they won't a boat stay at the city mooring field with a porta potty...boats have to be equipped with holding tanks to stay there no matter of boat size.
