Hey all, we have recently picked up a Montgomery 12 boat # 3. It's in great condition and we've been sailing it a lot in Oceanside and San Diego. I've replaced the jib sheets, jib halyard and mainsheet. Next I'll replace the main halyard, some of the clam cleats and add a cleat for the downhaul on the boom.
